This Website describes that service and provides a way to request a Discovery Call to discuss it.

This Website and our services are directed at real estate businesses and professionals, not individual consumers, and are not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age.

Submitting a Discovery Call request through this Website is an inquiry, not a purchase, order, or binding commitment on either side. Any actual engagement for video production services — scope, pricing, timeline, and deliverables — is governed by a separate agreement entered into directly between Studio Boca Lakes and the client, not by these Terms.

If you engage Studio Boca Lakes for services, you represent that you have the right to provide us with any photographs or materials you supply for video production, and that our use of those materials as directed by you does not infringe on any third party's rights.
